What It Does

A Small Visit,
Outsized Effect

Reflexology operates on the principle that points on the feet correspond to systems throughout the body. We don't oversell the science — but the effect on circulation and sleep is undeniable.

The Visit

What To Expect
Each Session

Come Prepared

  • Wash feet at home or in the studio bathroom on arrival
  • Trim toenails if very long
  • Skip lotion on the feet that morning
  • Wear easy-off shoes
  • Hydrate normally

After Your Session

  • Drink water — pressure work is dehydrating
  • Light walking after the session is helpful
  • Skip tight shoes for the rest of the day
  • Add to your monthly massage cadence
  • Book again in two weeks if managing plantar pain
