Colonic Abdominal Massage
An abdominal massage technique that gently stimulates digestion and the natural movement of the colon, helping ease constipation, gas, and bloating.
Digestion,
Mobilized
The colon is muscle. Like any muscle, it responds to direct, rhythmic mobilization. This is not a colonic — there is no equipment, no suite, no clean-up.

- 02Stimulates EliminationMany clients have a bowel movement within 24 hours that they'd been waiting on for several days.
- 03Eases Chronic ConstipationBooked weekly, this protocol is a reliable adjunct for clients who deal with sluggish digestion.
- 04Pre-Event BookingThe most common reason clients book — the day before a wedding, photoshoot, or beach weekend.
- 05No Stimulants Or CleansesNo fasting required, no products to buy, no supplements pushed. Manual technique only.
