Same protocol, less restricted. Without an op-note to honor, we can work the entire body without modification, and the session feels closer to a deep relaxation than a clinical visit.
Monthly is the standard cadence. Some clients book twice monthly during heavy travel periods or in summer.
You will lose retained fluid — typically 1 – 3 lbs of it. It is not fat loss, and it returns within a week or two.
Yes, after the first trimester and with cleared OB approval. Many of our clients book through pregnancy and into postpartum.
