Drainage
The cornerstone of post-operative recovery. A slow, low-pressure protocol that moves interstitial fluid out of trapped tissue and reintroduces it to the lymphatic system — reducing swelling, limiting fibrosis, and easing the path back to your final result.
Why Post-Op Clients
Book This First
The protocol is clinical. The room is not. You'll be guided through every visit — no assumptions about what you do or do not know.
- 01Reduces Post-Surgical SwellingInterstitial fluid is moved to functioning lymph nodes. Visible reduction typically shows within the first three sessions.
- 02Limits Fibrosis & HardeningConsistent drainage in the first eight weeks is the strongest predictor of soft, even tissue at the twelve-week mark.
- 03Speeds The Return To Your Final ResultYour surgeon shaped the outcome. The lymphatic system is what reveals it. Drainage is the shortest path from the table to the mirror.
- 04Eases Pain & TightnessSlower recovery is often just pressure. Removing the fluid removes the pressure.
- 05Coordinated With Your SurgeonWe'll read your op-note, respect your restrictions, and keep your surgeon in the loop on request.

Why Drainage After Surgery Isn't Optional
Educational content from Juanita's Instagram. Lymphatic massage supports the recovery experience and is not a substitute for the medical care your surgical team provides.
When you get surgery, you come and get your lymphatic massages. The goal is to make sure that you heal properly, you are progressing, that you don't have any complications.
