Wellness Massages
Relax, de-stress, and ease painful tension or inflammation with your choice of wellness massages — your therapist helps you choose what best suits your needs. Options include Lymphatic Vodder Detox, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Combination Thai. Available in-spa or in the comfort of your home for an additional $100 travel fee within a 10-mile radius.

One Standard
Every wellness service is performed by a therapist Juanita has personally trained and signed off on — same standard as the post-op room.
Lymphatic (Non-Post-Op)
Gentle full-body drainage for immune support, de-puffing, and seasonal reset. The same protocol as post-op, applied to a healthy body.
Deep Tissue
Targeted pressure for chronic tension patterns. Slow, methodical, and applied where you're actually tight — not where it's loudest.
Sports Massage
Pre- and post-event work for athletes. Mobility, recovery, injury prevention. Stack with lymphatic for race week.
Swedish
The classic. Flowing, relaxing, full-body work for stress and circulation. Honest version, no upsells.
Foot Reflexology
Pressure-point work on the feet — can be added to any other session as a 30-minute extension.
Wellness, At Your Address
For clients who prefer their own space — or who can't make it to Wilshire. Available across Greater Los Angeles, Tuesday through Saturday.

- 03What We BringHeated portable table, all linens, oils, and tools. We need a 7×9 ft footprint with access to a sink.
- 04Booking WindowTuesday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm last appointment. Two weekday's notice preferred for in-home.
- 05Group BookingsWeddings, retreats, and corporate events accommodated. Two-therapist minimum for groups of 4+.
Wellness Memberships
Most wellness clients find their rhythm at one or two sessions a month. Membership pricing is simply lower than booking each visit individually.
