Our Process

Every Visit Follows
The Same Four Steps

Whether you're in recovery from a tummy tuck or booked for a Swedish, the structure doesn't change — only the protocol inside it does.

i.
Intake
Health history, surgical notes if post-op, contraindications, the outcome you're after. Ten minutes, done once.
≈ 10 min
ii.
Preparation
Heated table, lymphatic oil, a brief read of the body. You tell us where it's loudest; we work from there.
≈ 5 min
iii.
Treatment
The protocol selected for you — drainage, sculpt, release. Length depends on service, usually 60 or 90 minutes.
60 – 90 min
iv.
Aftercare
Hydration, compression guidance, what to book next. You leave with a written plan, not a guess.
≈ 10 min

"The swelling dropped more in one session with Juanita than in the three weeks before. I understood for the first time why my surgeon had been insisting."

"It isn't a spa. It's a recovery practice that happens to feel calm. I stopped comparing it to anything."

"Juanita explained the lymphatic system in a way three doctors hadn't. I left with a plan, not just an appointment."

Lymphatic drainage isn’t optional after surgery: heal properly, progress on schedule, prevent complications.

Hire a licensed post-op specialist — lymphatic massage alone isn’t enough to heal without complications.
